TERMS
Terms of use
Last updated · 3 September 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of any campaign we might run for you — those are set out in a separate written agreement. By using this site you agree to what follows.
1. Who you are agreeing with
This site is operated by Satoshi Labs Co., Ltd. (주식회사 사토시랩), of 547 Yangcheon-ro, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, under the brand KORA. Where these terms say "we" or "us", they mean that company.
2. What this site is
This site describes what we do and gives you two ways to get in touch: a brief for brands, and an application for creators. It is not a shop, a booking system or a payment platform. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting a form does not create a contract between us.
3. Enquiries and applications
We read everything that is sent to us, but we do not undertake to reply to every submission, and we do not undertake to run any particular campaign or engage any particular creator.
- A brand enquiry is a request for a proposal. Any campaign that follows is governed by a separate written agreement, and only that agreement binds either of us.
- A creator application is an expression of interest. It is not an offer of work and it does not create an employment, agency or exclusivity relationship.
- Please give us accurate information. We rely on what you tell us — including follower counts — when preparing proposals, and we verify channel figures before a campaign is booked.
4. How you may use the site
Read it, share links to it, and get in touch. What we ask you not to do is narrow and, we hope, unsurprising.
- Do not submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else without their permission.
- Do not attempt to gain access to any part of the site, or any account or data, that is not intended for you.
- Do not use automated means to scrape, overload or interfere with the site or the forms.
- Do not copy the photography, written content or design of this site for your own use without our written permission.
5. What belongs to whom
The text, design, and photography on this site belong to us or to the people we made them with, and are protected by copyright. Every photograph here is of real work — real campaigns, real creators, real events — and the people in them agreed to appear in this context, not in yours. Please do not reuse them.
- Brand names, logos and product names belonging to other companies remain theirs, and appear here only to describe work we have done.
- You may quote or link to this site in the ordinary way, with attribution.
- Anything you send us through a form stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the purposes set out in the privacy policy, and nothing more.
6. What we do not promise
We keep this site accurate and current to the best of our ability, but we do not warrant that it is free of error, that it will always be available, or that it will meet any particular requirement of yours. Figures drawn from public statistics are attributed to their source and were correct at the date given; they may since have changed. Descriptions of past work are descriptions of what was done, not predictions of what a future campaign will achieve.
7. Limits on our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or lost business, or for loss arising from your reliance on this site rather than on a written agreement between us.
8. Links to other sites
Where we link to somewhere else, we do so because it is useful, not because we control it or endorse everything on it. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site, under their terms and their privacy policy.
9. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time, including these terms. If we change these terms materially we will post the revised version here at least seven days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the change; if you do not, please stop using the site.
10. Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of them will be heard by the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply.
11. How to reach us
